ADVANCED HAPPY 26TH BIRTHDAY (w/ Braders)

I am very thankful to God for giving me another year to live a good life with my family and friends..

This is my Advanced Happy 26th Birthday Celebration together with my Cainta Braders..Here's what I cooked for them:

Tuna Aligue Pasta
I'm not satisfied with the taste but they liked it anyway..

Dynamite
I should've put a single molo wrapper rather 2..ahhahaha..I wonder who among them have eaten the 3 pieces of dynamite with "labuyo" in it..hahahaha..

Shrimp, Chicken and Chorizo Kebab
Should eat this hot off the grill to savor the freshness..

Grilled Bacon Cut Liempo
Yummy cholesterol overload..hahahaha..

Buffalo Wings
I will stick to Anchor Butter the next time I'll cook meals with butter..I do not like the taste of Magnolia ulk..

Braders who celebrated this night with me:

I did not take a close capture of my Marshmallow Cake because it's appearance is not very delighting ahhahaha, though the taste is superb as always..(ulk conceited):))

Thank God for this celebration..Advanced Happy Birthday to me!:))

Exotic Bar & Restaurant @ Malapascua Island

When we arrived at Malapascua Island, we were already starving because we reached the place at around 4pm but we are at the Maya Port at 12:30pm..The weather was not kind to us at that time and there were huge waves in the sea..The boat ride is totally scary because the waves are literally splashing all over the boat as if it will tip over..Gladly, we reached the island safe and sound..

When you get to this restaurant, all of their customers are foreigners and you will feel kind of an outcast. The whole island is like a community to different races..

Despite of being the Pinoys in the restaurant, I still salute their great customer service..The waitress is very attentive..

On all of the bars around the island they serve (buy1get1) on their drinks for a specific time and choices of cocktails..

Here are our orders:
Greek Salad 220php

Exotic Burger 235php (I've cooked something like this before)

Fish Fillet and Prawns Thermidor 550php (You will not recognize the fish and prawns because they are covered with cheese..The veggies are fresh and I love their fried mashed potato!)

Porkloin Singara 310php (The pork is not that tender but you can still chew on it, and the sauce is like Marinara..)
Coconut Shake 100php (I don't like it that much because it tasted like gata or pandan)

Banana Shake 85php

We enjoyed all the meals as they are all scrumptious! A nice way to relieve ourselves from the scary boat ride experience..hahahaha!!!Our total bill for everything is 1540php..

Kotie Japanese Restaurant @ Crown Regency Towers Cebu

After a long and tiring day because of the Sinulog parade, we decided to dine at Kotie Japanese Restaurant in Crown Regency Towers since later on we are heading to their Skytour activity..

Menu

Here are our orders:
Tuna Sushi (It's like drinking tequilla because you have to finish each piece of sushi with sipping the juice of the lemon slice, or are we not doing it right?=)) )

Kani Salad (First time that I appreciated crab sticks because it's juicy)

Japanese Mixed Rice (I forgot what's it called but the taste is superb but it's way overpriced probably because the restaurant is in the hotel)

Beef Curry (Actually, you will not taste any curry in it but it's more like chopsuey)

Salmon Teriyaki (I love its texture because it's crunchy on the outside and soft inside, the sauce is sweet. Sorry for the blurred shot)

 Mango Shake

Calamansi Juice

Fireworks everywhere (seen from one of the windows in the restaurant)

Fireworks from atop our area..nice right?

The food here is great but their service is too sluggish..The waiter has informed us that the dishes will be served after 25 minutes. It is fine at first but I believe that we waited there for about an hour or so for all the dishes to be served..Total bill is around 1500php for everything..

Manna Sutukil @ Mactan Cebu

Manna Sutukil at Mactan Cebu is among the popular sutukil restaurants in there. Sutukil means Su-sugba, Tu-Tuwa/Tinola/Tinuwa/Tula and Kil-kilawin..A lot of pinoy celebs have dined here already so I chose this to be one of our itineraries and not to mention that it is near the Mactan shrine..

Family pic while waiting for our orders..

Here are our orders:
Steamed Prawns with Garlic Sauce

Chili Crab (I'm not a fan of the huge orange crabs I'd prefer the blue ones but this has changed my perception about orange crabs..It's juicy and sweet!super loved it!)

Baked Scallops

Adobong Kangkong

Seafood Rice (this is very filling because it's got lots of meat in it)

Mango Shakes

 The Aftermath..

So full and satisfied..

Overall, we loved all the dishes because they are very flavorful and really satisfying..If we'll have a chance to visit Cebu we'll definitely dine here again..Our bill is 1850php for the entire meals..Yum yum yum!!!
