NEW YEAR 2010

Another chance for the chef to make her course of meals..hehehe..



I didn't have the opportunity to take individual shots of the dishes..so here they are starting from the bottom left: RASPBERRY CHARLOTTE, DIRTY RICE, BLUE MARLIN with BEURRE GRENOBLOISE, PORK with HOISIN SAUCE and CHICKPEAS, SCALLOPS in TOMATO and CREAM SAUCE
